Delete Your Account

Delete your MyInsider.AI account and data at any time — in the app, or by request if you no longer have access.

This page explains how to delete your MyInsider.AI account and the personal data associated with it. You can delete your account yourself from within the app, or ask us to delete it for you.

Option A — Delete in the app

  1. Open the MyInsider.AI app and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Data & privacy, then Delete account.
  3. Type your email address to confirm.

Your account and content are deleted immediately and you are signed out. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option B — Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” We verify that you own the account and complete deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your account, profile, and login credentials
  • All your captures, notes, and their voice transcripts
  • Your personas, topics, and collections
  • Your spaces, memberships, and uploaded images
  • Bookmarks, briefings, email subscriptions, and extension pairings
  • Analytics identifiers linked to your account

What is retained, and for how long

  • Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
  • Limited billing records may be retained by our payment processor (Stripe) for the period required by tax and accounting law, then deleted.
  • We keep no other personal data after deletion.
