By accessing and using MyInsider.AI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use MyInsider.AI for personal and commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in MyInsider.AI
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

MyInsider.AI is provided on an "as is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.

All content, features, and functionality of MyInsider.AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of MyInsider.AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to MyInsider.AI. By using the service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You may not use MyInsider.AI:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful

In no event shall MyInsider.AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

MyInsider.AI is free to start. The optional Clarity+ plan is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly. The price and billing period are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you confirm the purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts into a paid subscription. A trial is available once per Apple ID or Google account, and any unused part of it ends when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device settings: on iOS under Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android in the Google Play Store under Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are billed and refunded by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue those refunds directly.
• Unless we provide a separate end-user license agreement for the app, the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app in addition to these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
