• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

MyInsider.AI is provided on an "as is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to MyInsider.AI. By using the service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You may not use MyInsider.AI:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful

In no event shall MyInsider.AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
